So still want to put up a weight ticker? I will do it if you will.
I'm in!!!! I'll figure a way to get mine up there - I really need the motivation!
We're not just geeks - we're "Control Freaks and Worry Wart Geeks"!
And we're darn proud of it! (didn't know if I could use the other "d" word!)
Yah! What she said!
Two things I could use your help on...
1. I'm having a yard sale in 2 weeks. It is our subdivisions one. I have a Graco-Duo double stroller. I bought it new for $295

and used it once.
2. How much do you ask for kids clothes? Specifically, the GAP, Gymboree stuff that is in almost new condition? $3????
OK, just did this before we moved - I got about $1/piece of each of DD's clothes, and I had her stroller listed for $40 but it didn't sell so I kept it. It is a Graco but I don't know which one - we got it when she was born at the Graco factory outlet in town for around $90. You will not get $100 for your stroller - sorry. People are really tight at yard sales and want DEALS!!! I had a family dicker me down to $20 for 2 car seats!!! I did it cause they were young, and I didn't need them. But the stroller I held on to.
PS - I'm addicted too. There must be cat nip on our computer screens.
Or X-Fusion!!!!
I would be happy to put up a weight ticker. DH and I are going on diets Monday he just found out his Chol. is 311

I want to lose 70 pounds by november. We can do it together if you would like?
Ouch! That will be great if your DH works with you!
Hi Girls,
BTW Who watches Survivor? I was so sad!
I missed it this week - say it ain't so!!! I love Ozzie! BTW, I love Hell's Kitchen, too!
So I just ask DS... "would you like to go to the zoo, to see fish, or to the beach" He replies he doesn't want to go to the beach. It seems that NANA has told him that their are sharks that will bite him there and that he will get sand in his eyes and it will really hurt
Funny, my MIL is also a Nana!!!! I would totally call her out though if she ever did that! That is just soooo wrong!
OK, just got home from my second trip to Home Depot today. I've recovered 2 of the 6 chair cushions in the kitchen, then I ran out of stapes! Also, I hung those drapes in Dd's room and they look awesome! So I bought some plain white sheers for the Disney room and had to run back out to get a drapery rod for that too.
Now I'm sitting here drinking a Bacardi Mojito while Dd plays with the friend I just don't like. Her parents are buying a new car and called to see if I could watch their little brat, er, daughter, and like a sucker I said yes.
But now I've lost my motivation to hang the curtains in the Disney room or to finish recovering the chairs. Aarrgghh!!!
Cammie, so glad the girls got in safely. Now you can relax and enjoy the rest of the weekend!
Jillian, hang in there girl! And remember that it gets a lot easier as they get older. OK, maybe not easier, but it does lighten up a lot. The strain becomes more emotional and less physical. Communicate with DH for sure though! He probably doesn't even know how you're feeling. And someone mentioned quality over quantity and I totally agree. When I worked fulltime I sometimes think I was a "better" mom because the time we spent was definitely quality time. Now that I'm home with her (even though I'm working) I spend more time yelling at her to clean her room, or pick up her toys, maybe that's just her age? I don't know....
