Looking for comprehensive car rental site

I know that I got the URL from this board originally but I can't find it in my bookmarks and a search has yield no results. I am not using the right words for a successful google search, I guess. Can anyone help me? It consolidated car rental rates for all the big companies into one site and the rates were relatively inexpensive. It wasn't one of the major travel sites at all, it focused only on car rentals. If this rings a bell with anyone, please let me know (you can PM me if it's not ok to post here)! Thanks!

Orbitz.com has a good one, just click on cars instead of flights and fill in your dates and location. When you search for sites like this, type "car rental comparison sites" in the search box.~~

Thanks for answering. As I said, it wasn't a general travel site. It seems like I first saw it in the big National double upgrade coupon (Big 10)/minivan thread but I can't find that now either. I think the disboards search engine might be playing tricks on me.

I don't know if this helps... but I just perused the car rental section at www.mousesavers.com

I put in the code at Dollar kiss2 and got an 11 day economy rate for just under $250

give it a try... they have lots of codes to look for...

Try travelocity dot com. They give a whole slew of rental companies and rates after you put in your dates and destination.

I hear of so many complaints with on line travel agencies including Travelocity and Orbitz that nowadays I recommend booking directly with the chosen rental company rather than online with the travel agency.

Not sure why I deserved that advice as I spent a couple DAYS of searching before posting my question. A generic form letter type response like isn't very helpful.

The site mentioned above is a nice comparison site. I do then try to find that rate, in conjunction with Mousesavers, and book directly with the car rental company. I don't like to search each site individually - have 3 small kids and not much time.
