Looking for cheap airfare to Italy

Anyone know where/when I should look for cheap airfare from Boston to Rome? We would like to travel in October.

They're both travel search engines, not travel agencies, and they give you results from numerous options - for airfare, they include the airlines themselves and the online agency sites.

We were able to get 2 tickets for $1400 RT through Heathrow to Rome. I was happy with the fare (included all of the taxes, etc.) This is on British Airways. We are VERY excited!
