Grand Floridian Cafe has had some very good breakfasts.

At the park or at a resort? If at a resort in what area? Define nice. Do you want characters? Do you want buffet?

Personally, I was o.k. with Rick's at CSR, Yacht Club (can't remember the name) and there used to be a great restaurant at Dolphin called Fresh Med. Market. They are redoing that so I'm not sure if the new one will have breakfast.
