Best location for Fenway Park is the new Hotel Commonwealth. It's a new four star hotel a half block from Fenway Park. There are lots of cute boutiques in the hotel, a fun French brasserie restaurant, Eastern Standard, and a cool lounge, the Metropolitan lounge. Here is the website:

My parent's stayed here for New Year's weekend and LOVED it!! They highly recommened it to us....
