Looking for a AAA agent recommendation!

I live in MS and recently contacted AAA through their website email. The agent that contacted me seems less than competent and I'd really like to work with a more experienced one. Can anyone recommend someone you have worked with at AAA? I'd love some contact names. There's nothing worse than looking to someone for answers but finding out that you are actually more educated on the subject than they are. Thanks!
