Looking for 3 bedroom unit near restaurants

We have been staying at Cypress Point the last few years and are just looking for a change of scenery. We like the location at CP because you can walk to restaurants as well as the Winn Dixie. We also like the fact you don;t need to sit thru any presentations.
Does anyone have any suggestions for other resorts with the same amenities?

You could always rent a townhouse/condo direct from an owner. Definetly no presentations, and usually a good 20% or more cheaper. We love renting direct. The space and savings cannot be beat. There are a lot of threads w/ info on the topic here. Also, you can just view some of the properties and rates at sites like www.vrbo.com .
