Do you have a recipe for those? They look yummy! I never have found them at DL, they always seem to be sold out! TIA! :thumbsup2

Did you make the Tigger Tails?? And if you did, what are they??

I am almost ashamed to tell you what they are. Lets just say that I won't be eating them.
Tigger tails

1 package white chocolate melting chocolate (you could use butterscotch too.)
1 - 2 Tablespoons of vegetable oil
Large marshmallows
Orange food coloring paste (wilton brand)
Flavoring extract optional (such as mint, orange, cherry)
Long sucker sticks
1/2 cup chocolate chips for stripes.

Line a cookie sheet with wax paper.

In a medium bowl, Melt White chocolate on power level 3 in the microwave stiring every 45 seconds with a fork. Be careful not to burn chocolate. The trick to melting chocolate is to stir, stir, stir.

Once chocolate is melted add vegetable oil to make thin chocolate. Add oragne food paste. Add the optional flavoring extract at this time also.

Transfer melted chocolate to a tall glass. This makes it easier to dip.

Place marshmallows on sucker stick. Dip the marshmallows sticks in the chocolate. Tap any extra chocolate off. Place Marshmallow sticks on wax paper.

You may need to warm the chocolate on occasion if it gets to cool to work with.

Take the 1/2 cup Chocolate chips and place them in a gallon zip lock bag. Microwave the chocolate in the bag on power level 3 until the chocolate is melted. Kneed the bag with your fingers to stir the chocolate.

Cut a tiny tinny whole on one of the ends of the zip lock bags. Squeeze the chocolate out of the zip lock bag to make the stripes for the tigger tails.

I remember seeing these for like $5 buck a pop at disneyland.

Wow! That looks yummy!!! What a fun thing to make with your kids... I will definately try this at home!!:cutie:

Did you make them with carmel like at Disneyland?

I didn't know the Disneyland ones had carmel! Good heaven's I don't think I could resist carmel.

I think that to make them with carmel you would need to freeze the marshmallows for just a little while so when you dip them in chocolate the marshmallows won't melt. Then dip them in carmel like you use for carmel apples. let them cool then dip them in chocolate.

I will try them with carmel and let you know how they turn out.

Yep! There is a layer of carmel under the white chocolate. We go to Disneyland about once a week and my kids get one to share almost every trip (either that or a carmel apple). This might be a good alternative and I could save money :thumbsup2 . They may notice the carmel missing!
