Computers working again?

It rained yesterday, not good for the third day of school!
Inside recess, bah!

DD13 NEEDED to go shopping
so we went right after school
and by the time we got home, her friend came over and they took over the computer.

I went to bed.

At school, none of our computers are set up yet,
not classroom or lab

and we dont have any workbooks yet
maybe next week...

DD13 got a few things at Aero, and AE
and mostly at Ross, Dress for Less
which happens to be my new favorite store
even tops Target

well, maybe if they had it could top Target

It is chilly and rainy here

DS is supposed to lifeguard,
don't think there will be a big crowd at the unheated pool


my school is having a back to school
pool party tonight at the pool

also, not such a good nite for this event....


I may have to break out the sweatsuit again
DD13 does not care for my sweatsuit style

she didn't like the matching back to school mandatory shirts either
not a fair compairson, they were ugly!

rest up and get the kids school ready for Tuesday
meet the teacher is Monday for DD10 only
the other two don't get that
they have open house later

It is a pretty short kids book

I worked on some school work today then we went to The Olive Garden with Grandma and Uncle George!

The service was awful! I still can't believe how rude the waitress was...she threw our dessert onto the table I had to write them an email it was that bad!

Sorry about your dinner, Snow. Wonder what was wrong with the waitress? What did you have (just want to know, not that it has anything to do with her rudeness!) I usually get the lasagne, eat about one third of it and DS finishes it.

I think my whole class was at the pool party. The air temp was 66 when I went over, but they were all swimming. I talked to a few parents, nice socializing. I got a few wet hugs, too.....

I spent half the aftenoon looking for an old link to the driver's ed questions
backreading on our threads
it was fun to read what we wrote in May, before school was out for the summer

and now my head is spinning just a bit
so it is time for bed!
