Good Morning!
I am happy to report that my Aunt is doing better.
The doctors were able to dissolve the blood clot!
She is expected to move out of the ICU Friday and transferd to a different hospital.
Her heart is very weak right now, it's only at 25%, so they want to run some tests.

Today is Mom's department picnic (she is incharge of organizing it) so I only have to work until noon

We won't be leaving until afternoon tomorrow
DS has driver's ed at 8:30 AM
and the girls are going to the last day of bible school


DH is off,
so his vacation officially starts tonight!

well, not quite!

DS hasn't packed a single thing yet!
the girls are done, and their suitcase zipped shut
they are using a new one, so I have to do luggage tags and the braid thing I put on the handle to help us find the suitcases quickly

I still have to round up a few things
I have lists so I don't forget anything that I have already remembered that I need

It is a beautiful PA day
not too hot
but sunny


i have uncovered the pool
we have friends coming again today to swim the afternoon away

Today was DS's last day at tutoring
they had a party
Pizza Joe's pizza (yummo)

and we gave his tutor a Disney gift
she is going in October
a chip and dale pin with lanyard
and a disney tin filled with Hershey candy mini's


she loved it
she sang the chip and dale song for DS
he was unimpressed
she worked at Disney one summer
at the Magic Kingdom in the newsstand right inside the entrance

I told you we have been getting little critters in the pool


last night I went to the attic for the girls Disney carryon bags
and found out that we caught another of Mickey's cousins...

yuck

the DIS is starting to be too pokey for random chatter

and I need to get my "not going on vacation" swimsuit on
we have to wear our old stretched out ones today
since the good ones are all packed


i will be on later tonight, I hope
and for sure stop by in the morning before we pack up the van!

What a quiet day it's been on our thread today!

yes, a very quiet day!


I was lifeguarding for most of the afternoon
and now DS and DD13 are NAPPING!

they are so tired from swimming

I ended up making another batch of cookies
five more dozen
so we can take some more to the church tomorrow
for the reception on Sunday
want to be sure they have enough cookies!

It is still warm
but certainly not sunny!
