I called at 7 central and only waited 10 minutes. The CM did say that the phones were lit up when they came in and that they (the CM's) hadn't been told anything about new codes. So with so many people making new reservations and many people changing reservations, the system is pretty slow. Also the CM's are having to really check availability with the new codes since only a certain percentage of rooms available at each resort qualify for these rates.
