I was on hold for 55 minutes, but then Disney decided 'he can't possibly actually be there, it's been 55 minutes!" and cut me off the line. I am not a happy DISer this morning.

and I couldn't even get what I wanted. Bummer. I even put my cell phone on speaker while I was in the shower. We are a very sick breed. Sick, sick, sick!!

I didn't think to ask about regular rooms. Did anyone get a code for WL standard room during the May 16-23 time frame?

CM said it was very busy. Wanted to know if I found out about the code over the internet. She said they were wondering why it was so busy this morning.

Oh well, a AAA rate is better than none.

It took me an hour but I finally got through! Got a great AP rate of $139 for Wilderness Lodge....I will be smiling the rest of the day!

I can't believe all this. I was only on hold about 10 min. Didn't get what I wanted - but didn't wait too long. First CM was rather cranky - and not very helpful. So, I called back about 15 min. later and got a wonderful CM - she tried everything she could but they didn't have anything for the ASMo - which was what I wanted. She said the only ones available for the value resorts were POP and ASMu.

I already have the AAA discount for ASMo - so just keeping that.

I got through after about an hour on hold.The CM I talked to was very nice.He said I was his first call,I laughed and told him he better be ready because he was in for a long day,LOL.

But I gotta try to wait it out...the discounts are too good for me to just hang up now!

Total call time was 71 minutes, but I saved $780.00 ~ a savings of almost $11.00 a minute, I think it was worth it
