Longest Lakes name

When I was a youngster and we would travel to Connecticut to visit relatives....we always stopped at this place to take a photo and read the name off...It is now called Webster Lake ...but I always would say the whole name..

Just so others know - it's in Massachusetts (the longest state name, I think ), not Connecticut. It means "You fish on your side, I fish on my side, nobody fishes in the middle".

Not nearly as impressive, we also have Lake Quanapowitt amd Assawompsett Lake (the largest natural waterbody according to http://www.mass.gov/dcr/watersupply/lakepond/downloads/LakeBook.pdf)

Google Maps still shows it with the full name. Right on the Mass/Conn border off of Interstate-395.

Yes it is in Webster, Mass. and we always knew we were almost "there" when we would stop and take photos of this big sign....
