London Broil - What do I do with it???

Just made one for dinner. I had I think a top round cut and I put it on the grill and used Montreal Steak seasoning from McCormicks. I just sprinkled it on right before I grilled it and it turned out great!

The key really is to slice it on the angle. Otherwise it can be so tough to chew. My dh refuses to eat it, so I call him a meat snob! He only likes filet mignon and needless to say, we rarely have that at home!
 
I marinade London Broil overnight with Italian Salad Dressing. Usually Good Seasons brand, but any brand will do. I then cook it on the gas grill until it is medium rare. I seer both sides on high then lower the heat a bit to cook the inside a little more. Some times it is tougher than others but it is always good. Jay
