Hello helpful DISers, I have 2 questions for an early morning at MK during this very busy spring break period...
I'm planning to be in MK this coming Monday (march 20). I have an 8:05am PPO reservation at Be Our Guest, but I have been watching the wait times/adjusted hours this week and I see that MK has opened at 8am everyday (and that wait times have generally been pretty terrible across the board).
So my questions are:
1. If MK does indeed open at 8am this coming Monday, I will likely scrap BoG and do a traditional rope drop strategy. In that case, do you think it would be feasible to rush to 7DMT, ride that, and book it straight over to Peter Pan and be done with both attractions in time to get over to Tomorrowland between 9-9:30? In other words, will I likely be able to accomplish was what I was hoping to accomplish with the BoG PPO with that "extra" hour of park time?
2. I'm staying off-site this trip, something I rarely do, at the Bonnet Creek resort -- first time. I would really (REALLY!!) like to avoid going through TTC on Monday morning. Is it possible to take a taxi or an Uber from Bonnet Creek over to the Contemporary and then just walk to MK? Will they let us in to be dropped off (without dining reservations at the hotel)? I often use this strategy when exiting MK, but I am wondering if they make it difficult for taxis and/or uber to enter the area?
I've been in the park so much this year that I probably would just accept that "hey it's spring break and crowded" and would probably not plan to to headliners in MK on this day, but my sister will be joining me and she hasn't been since she was a little kid so we have a pretty big to-do list that we would like to accomplish. (Hence the original booking for PPO BoG.)
Any insight would be appreciated! Thank you!
