Loew's card....the actual card

Well, typical me, I lost my Loew's card as soon as I got it! Actually thinking DH might have done away with it, thinking it was junk mail.

I have my membership number. What do you think? Will they want to be shown the actual card or do they just need numbers? I applied the numbers to my reservation....will I need to show a card at checkin.

Oh the stupid things I find myself needing to worry about! Thanks all.

As long as you have your numbers you're OK. You can email them (through their website) and ask for another one, I did and I pleasantly found out that I was Gold! Good luck, but you will be ok without it. HTH

I lost my card and called for a replacement. They told me I probably would not get the replacement before my upcoming trip and to just give my number at check in.
I never remember to call for benefits of the Loew's First program and thanks to this board I remembered to this time. We'll be staying in the Portofino Suite on this trip!! Had to juggle the dates a little but, but I think it will be worth the slight change in dates!

if you lost your card or just applied for membership for loews first, don't worry.


the first year i applied for the loews membership program, i was 8 days out from checking into the HRH.

i was told by loews i could call back 72 hours later to them and receive my membership number over the phone.

they told me that is all the hotel will need.
your membership number.

last year i couldn't find my card the day before i left home.
when i checked in, i gave them my loews number.
it was fine i was told.

no problem.

all they want is the number.


you can get a replacement card


if you have not written your loews first number down, you can get your number by calling loews.

the first time the card came while i was in orlando.

i think by what Mr Mac told me, the letter/card arrived about 2.5 weeks after i applied.


the second time i got the card, replacement one as i lost the first one, it took me about 2 weeks to get it.


call them if you have not received your card within 3 weeks of applying for it.

it only takes them 72 hours to process your application when you first apply.
that is what they list on their website.

Thanks. I will definately call them. It has been a lot longer than 2 weeks. Maybe closer to 2 months!
