Lockers and bags at I.O.A!

I hate being in soggy wet clothes, especially as in late Set/early Oct it can take ages to dry out. I was going to take a backpack with a towel and a change of clothes each and put them in a locker inside the main gate, along with the 1/2 size backpack I usually use for "theme parking".
The plan was to then do the park anti clockwise, hitting WWOHP ( bagless..so locker line) first, and continuing round doing all the wet rides. Then back to the lockers, change, and do the rest of the park at leisure, in comfort, leaving all the wet stuff in the locker to pick up at the end of the day.
Does anyone know how large the lockers are? Would they hold an average size back pack and a small one? How much are they? And so I need coins or notes to operate them? Do I need the correct money or is change given?

The all day lockers at the front of the parks are around $10. When I used them last I used cash. Not sure if that has changed. They are plenty big enough for a backpack.

Never used a locker at the front of the park but if they are anything like, or bigger than the ones for the ride they fit my bookbag just fine. Generally my bookbag is not packed to the limit... but I can put my souvenir cups in there too.

If you happen to be staying onsite I would suggest heading back to the room to change rather than bringing a change of clothes. You will only lose at most an hour but if you time it right you will avoid the boiling over of kids tempers and such. And if you have kids in your party its a great time for them to take a breather and eat a snack. Just my opinion.

The lockers at the Port of Entry at IOA are $8.00 (the family ones at US are $10) and fit a change of clothes for our family of 4 in addition to other misc items.

We were not staying on site so the locker was worth every penny b/c I can't stand wearing wet clothes either.
