Local TV channels while in Key West

We will be on the 10/26 western cruise. My husband and I would like to catch (at least some) of the Nascar race while we are in Key West. Would the TV in the room get NBC? If NBC is not programmed, would I be able to bring my small (3 1/2 inch) tv and use the antenae to get the local NBC station??
Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but the closest NBC affiliate (<a href="http://www.nbc6.net/"><font color=blue>WTVJ Channel 6</font></a>) is in Miami. Their transmitter has a 77-mile radius coverage area, but the Magic will be 86 miles away from their tower while docked in Key West. I’m guessing that the Conchs subscribe to cable TV.

Well I guess I will look at it as a positive...
1. one less thing to pack
2. just might have to visit one of Key West's drinking establishments to watch the race!

We are going to have a good time regardless of whether we see the race or not!
