Yes, it should but it can change at any point should Disney choose to adjust this.

Usually but once in a while it doesn’t and it’s up to the CM if you enter.

Last time I went there in July, I used it at exactly 119 minutes (not on purpose, lol) on Buzz and it still worked. But of course YMMV.
