Lizzie McGuire Karaoke CD?

Has anyone out there heard/purchased this CD? My DD wants to perform either "Why Not" or "What Dreams Are Made of" for her school's variety show. We were thinking of using the Disney Karaoke CD but weren't sure of the quality of the CD or how close it is to the original. Any help would be appreciated.

DD doesn't have this one, but she has other Disney karaoke CDs. They are good quality. She's been happy with them.
