Living seas ride?

Didn't there used to be a ride in the Living Seas where you sat in the ride vehicles and they took you through some of the aquariums? I seem to remember there being something like that there when I was younger. I know that the Living Seas got remodeled a few years back, is this still there? I haven't gone to the living seas the past few trips because i've just run out of time. I'm hoping to spend some time here on my next trip and just wanted to know what to expect.

Last time we went on, which wasn't last trip, there was just a movie and then the elevator thing into the aquarium.

Although there are rumours that it may return, the Coral Reef Ride is no longer part of the Living Seas.

Actually, the ride is being rebuilt even as we speak to reopen as The Seas with Nemo and Friends. Should be open this fall. It is mentioned in the Year of a Million Dreams announcement.

Yes, on our trip down in 2000 I know I remember there was a ride through a portion of the Living Seas. That had changed from my previous visit there in 1991 (I think). Anyhow, it's no longer there as of this past January, but it was a REALLY lame ride anyhow. DH looked at me as if I'd grown another head when I said "I wonder what happened to the ride part?" That's how memorable it was!

I think I'm the only member of my family that remembers the ride portion of the Living Seas. I'm thrilled to know the ride cars are coming back as "Clam-mobiles"! Sounds like it'll be part of the story about finding Nemo. I can't wait to see this!

I remember the ride in the Living Seas as being a very brief one. I hope, if they do reopen it, it will be more of an attraction than the orginal ride.

I read a CM's post here that said the new NEMO ride-track will be much LONGER than the old SeaCabs track.
