Live twitter feeds from parks

Does anyone know how I could identify folks who are doing live twitter feeds from parks right now?

Last week I came across a post here on the DIS where someone rattled off 3 twitter users who were doing live fees. It was SO cool to watch what they were doing!

I just wondered if anyone knows how I could identify current park tweets?

I am not sure how you can find the current ones. Maybe tweeting and asking using the key words #Disney and @DisneyParks???

Im going to be there exactly one week from today. I plan on tweeting about my endeavors while Im there. I was thinking about getting the widget from the Twitter website and trying to post that in a thread so that it would be easy for people to follow it without having to follow me on Twitter.

@DisneyParks is Disney's user name thing or whatever Twitter calls it. LOL.

I know TouringPlans also as a twitter, people update ride waits to them sometimes.

My twitter id is AxlRose330. I tried to add the widget to a post earlier today and it didnt work though. So I may just post a link to my page and people can follow if they want. Who knows our updates might help each other or we may run into each other. Ya never know
