Arrived today at the BWV! Woo Hoo! Finally home! Got here at 3 p.m, room wasn't yet ready, went for late lunch at Big River Grill with my DD while the boys went over to the very crowded ESPN to watch the game. Had a beer and dinner, checked into the room. We are in room 5069/5071, this is a 2 bedroom lockoff, standard view facing the portico of the driveway. We wanted close to the elevator, and we got it. I'd prefer a room alittle further down the hall to make the view alittle better, but really, no complaints, the room is in perfect condition. Everything is spotless, and perfect. All CM's have been very very friendly and helpful. We went over to MK - it's open til 11 pm, we hit all the classics and fun stuff, and wound up literally under the fireworks outside of Mickey's Philharmagic during wishes. It was "magical". We are winding down back in the room, and gearing up for the upcoming week.....will keep you posted. BTW, weather is perfect - was 78 and cooling when we got here, and is supposed to be in the high 60's during the week.... :cool1:

Sounds fantastic! - I'm jealous sitting here in 2 feet of snow. We stayed at BWV 2 yrs ago in a 2 bedroom and loved it. Have a wonderful time and keep us posted IF you have time.

Have a fantastic time!

We'll be at BWV in March. We love the resort.

Hi DeeCee you picked a great time to visit DW...its going to be freezing here
in the next fews days on Long Island....lucky you enjoy your trip :thumbsup2
please keep us updated !!

Don't know how that happened, but I just lost my entire post! Here
goes again, shorter version....

Used a car service to pick us up at the airport purposely for a stop at Publix. Bought some eggs, pepperoni, coffee, cereal, milk, fruit, bread and butter, some snack foods, water, juice, pastries, and beer ;) Got up before the troops and made some coffee and toast and a fruit platter. DH woke up and made himself some eggs and hasn't stopped telling me how much he loves it here :lovestruc

It's about 65 degrees and cloudly, just the way I like it for park touring :woohoo: Today on the agenda is alittle DHS early in the day, back to the resort because DH and I are renewing our vows in honor of our 25th in a very very short and simple little ceremony through a friend that happens to be a justice of the peace :), then onto Yachtsman for a celebratory dinner with the kids. I ordered a gorgeous (I hope) cake, and will post pics of it on the cake board later:lovestruc

Then over to Epcot to see Illuminations. Tomorrow is the kids (19, 19, and 20 yrs) choice, probably more of DHS and Epcot or maybe AKV. Will keep you posted.

Sorry to hear about the freezing temps on LI. I needed to get away from that so bad and I'm not looking forward to going back to it. Stay warm, sending warm wishes and pixie dust from BWV....:cloud9:

Sounds like a good time. Congrats on your 25th. I wouldn't have guessed you to be old enough to have a 25th. Are your two 19 yo twins? Hope everything stays perfect. :goodvibes

sounds wonderful :cloud9:

i think the only thing that gets us through loooooong long island winters is knowing that the BWVs are waiting ......:cloud9:

enjoy:)

Congrats to you both....We were in the same floor last June and had same view but can't remember the room #. I do recall it being quite there tho and that was during July 4th week. Have a great trip and enjoy those more moderate temps.:thumbsup2

Congratulations on your 25th princess: and thanks for taking the time to share your magical trip with us.
:surfweb: looking forward to more.....

Congrats on 25 years. It will be 20 years this nov for DH & I. Celebrating with family at WDW, does it get any better?
