I bought a Cannon Power Shot A520, digital camera. My son has a Cannon Power Shot SD400 and it take fabulous pictures. I should have bought that one. I will be returning the camera I bought this weekend and will be looking for a new one.

Add me to the list of Power Shot users. We replaced our other Minolta digital camera with a Power Shot A95 but now I ordered a Digital DVD video camera that takes still shots. I will still use the Canon because it is 5 Megapixels and the new DVD only does 3 Megapixels for still photos but it will be nice to get our movies onto Digital media.

Wow, I only started reading this thread to see the pictures of the Poly and got a whole lesson on cameras. Now I know what to tell Santa I want for Xmas. LOL.

Lyn - Great photos. You've really helped me decide....Poly for February 2007.

I loved Fiji!! As a matter of fact, I was in 2307 and did not even mind not having a balcony although next time I will request one!!

We LOVED our room!! SO gorgeous and quiet

planning a March 2006 and Sept 2006 trip now and having a hard time wanting to go anywhere else!!! I even have the "budget" to do GF but I loved the Poly!!!

glad you are having a great time!!

Those TV's and beds are unbelievable and FIJI is a great location!!!!

Thanks for the pics!

Am I the only one kind of wondering if Disney would send me one of the old daybeds for my house?

I bought one of those day beds off of Ebay for $100 but the shipping was $325. It is still worth it to have a piece of the Polynesian. I recently also purchase a wicker room chair. :rotfl2: What can I say, I am nuts.

Ooh, thanks for the link, I didn't know about them! I'm actually considering a pillow, just to have a piece of "home".

We just got back last night. We requested and got Fiji. We were in 3318, also the new building. We were there from 9/30-10/8. Had a great time, and just loved the room and location. Great spot, close to everything.

In Tahiti right now (did we pass you sometime this weekend, polyguy, LOL?!). Definitely a coffeemaker with average coffee--we had to stock up ourselves on real cream/milk and sugar at captain cooks though.

For the record, we move into Hawaii tomorrow, but it sure doesn't look like it tonight!! LOL!!

I am so anxious to see some pics of Hawaii once it opens! We check-in two weeks from today! I never thought that they would open on time (or even close)!! You are so lucky to be the very first in one of the new rooms! Enjoy!
