Well after months of waiting my family and I have arrived at the Contemporary. Check-in was 100% perfect and we have a room on the Magic Kingdom side.

Here is the updated list for the Hors Doueves for the Atrium Club & Tower Club.

Monday: Beef Kafta Skewers & Prosciutto Wrapped Sea Scallops.

Tuesday: Rock Shrimp & Lollipop Chicken With BBQ Sauce.

Wednesday: Pork Pot Stickers & Conch Fritters.

Thursday: BBQ Short Rib In Spring Roll & Tomato and Mozzarella Bruschetta.

Friday: Blue Crab Cheese Cake & Beef Tenderlion.

Saturday: Macadamia Nut Chicken & Beef and Goat Cheese Flatbread.

Sunday: Duck Confit With Apple Slaw & Prosciutto Flatbread.

Glad you and your family had a safe trip and are settled in at the CR. The new menu in the lounge looks great. Thanks for the update.

I hope you all have a wonderful time and stay safe during TS Fay. Hopefully, it will push through quickly and not interupt your touring time too much!

Take it for what's it's worth but here is some information told to me by a Cast Member on the Atrium Club when it comes to Chef Mickey's and the Tempo Grab & Go. I was told because a lot of guests complaining about being turned away from Chef Mickey's they are expanding it into the old Concourse Steakhouse area. So it will share space when the new counter service location opens.

Thanks for the update!!!! I love Chef Mickeys and wouldn't mind more space there for when I plan last minute trips!!! So I guess no dates on opening yet or official name? Can't wait to find out!

Glad you got in b4 the lousy weather. Keep us posted as I know it's tough when you have the world to explore. Enjoy your stay and keep up with your wealth of knowledge and very helpful posts. We are missing WDW so bad and its only been 2 1/2 weeks, UGH!

It's been a fun day today. Earlier tonight we went to the Downtown Disney for a while and then after getting back to the Contemporary we went on the Monorail to the Polynesian and Grand Floridian. While at the Grand Floridian we decided to have a late dinner at Gasparilla's and I have never seen so busy ever and that includes the week before Christams.

Hi CR, hooray for you being in your fav vacation spot! when you get a moment, one question, please? can you hear the music, etc. from wishes/halloween fireworks from your balconey? please answer at your leasure, as you are always so helpful on these boards, you deserve to have a wonderful trip for yourself!

I know that on channel 19 or 20 you can hear the music for Wishes from there, so I assume it would be the same for the ones during MNSSHP. Since I was not in my room for Wishes tonight hopefully I will be in it tomorrow to tell you the correct channel.

I don't remember hearing the music from the balcony which would be the reason for broadcasting it on the tv.
