Phew. You could look at bonnet creek which are lovely apartments on Disney complex next to Disneys Caribbean beach hotel. They do one and two bedrooms. There is a thread on the main site about it. They have buses to the parks if u do not wish to drive. I think you need to look at your budget . Its hard trying to advise if we dont know roughly how much you want to spend including flights tickets etc

A lot of the Disney hotels are offering free dining over that period. I ran your dates through and you could fly Virgin from Manchester on 28/3 and stay at Coronado Springs or Caribbean Beach resorts for £4832 inc Disney passes and free dining or a studio at Old Key West for £5342. That still leaves a good portion of your budget for other parks/spending money and car hire. That same site has car hire starting at £240 for 2 weeks fully inclusive.
