We're flying to see The Mouse today! Can I bring my wireless cell charger? Carry on or checked bag? Or should I just leave it home? I looked at the TSA guidelines and I'm still confused.

On my carry on I bring chargers for my: cell phone, camcorder, digital camera, and power supplies for my netbook and GPS. I've never had a problem.
I don't want to lose them, so I carry them. I suspect that if you put it in your check in, NTSA seeing the electronics might check your bag. But transporting chargers is allowed.

Yes, Lithium Ion batteries, for safety reasons (they can overheat and explode) must be in carry on luggage, and not checked luggage.

Technically you can check some of them, but the rules are a bit convoluted so it's best not to check any.
