List writing time...what will I forget?

My first trip to WDW is less than 2 1/2 months away!! I will be packing for me, DH, and DD4 for our March 17-25th trip. We will be flying for a total of about 4 hours, and staying at CBR. Besides the normal things to bring, what are some things that I wouldn't think to bring if I wasn't reminded by all you good DIS'ers? What are some things that you've wished you brought that isn't in the normal packing plan? Here's a few of the random things I've thought of:
-wet wipes
-sun block
-water (order a case from staples with free shipping!)
-swim suits (hoping it will be warm enough)
-DVD's/player & munchies for the plane
-extra packing space for souveniers
-jackets or sweatshirts

This is just a start....any ideas?

Flying with a four year old I would have a small bag full of stickers, crayons/colored pencil, paper, dollar store toy and the snacks/juice box, of course!
Gum for chewing on plane for ear pressure.
Also, dont forget to bring in your checked luggage some tylenol for your DD and yourselves! At WDW its quite $$$.
I would also purchase some of those take n' toss sippy cups for the parks.
Grab a couple of those pocket sized hand sanitizers such as purell. Use it frequently! WDW is a germy place with all those people miling about!
I would also bring a pillowcase and blanket from home to use in the hotel room for your DD. It will smell more like home and comfort her in a strange room. Evenings will still be chilly in March so bring those stretchy gloves ad your dollar store rain ponchos. We even used one to cover stroller when we went into restraunts and rides, just in case!
Pack a small collapsible cooler, fill with ice from resort ice machine to throw in those bottles of water/juiceboxes while in parks. Beverages are a $$$ and an easy way to blow 20dollars in a day. Id rather use my 20 for souvies!!!!
Are you going to eat breakfast in your room? Run ovr to the food court for napkins, plastic ware and such or just take your breakie over there and use their micro, toaster, condiments. They have a small counter set aside for this very thing.
Last but not least, plan your day the night before and have yourself packed for park so when you wake up its all about dressing and hitting the park!
Have a great time. 4 is such a great age! Your DD will love her time there with you!

We always take a pair of binoculars, extra batteries, good novel for pool and down time. I see you're taking a portable DVD player, plan on taking your cables to hook into the room TV, Disney cable is terrible and bring along alot of your favorite movies. We do the collapsable cooler, we stay deluxe and have the fridge, but its small and we keep our sandwich makings and extra beer, wine and pop on ice to transfer to fridge as we take out to the pool. Hope this helps some, and have a wonderful first time and make many memories. Also to add to this, is an extra bathing suit, wet ones do not dry well or fast and I know I hate to put on a wet suit for the pool. We might make the pool 3 times in one day, extra trunks is a blessing. We also make the grocery stop to stock up on drinks, sandwich makins and snacks, saves a ton of money.

Buy cheap ponchos from wal-mart and keep them in your bag at all times... you never know when it will rain. I also always take ziploc bags with me. They can be invaluable for keeping things dry, or storing extra snacks or trash while you're in the parks.

One of the best tips I received from the DIS is the over the door shoe holder.
We have 6 people in our travel party, so it is great to hang it in the closet and everyone can reach what they need. When we are in 2 rooms it makes it possible to keep everything together. My DH laughed at me when I packed it the first time, but now it we never go anywhere without it!!!

Copies of all of your reservations (ADRs, hotel, etc.)

- small duffel or some other kind of easy scrunchable bag in case you need extra room for souvenirs
- chargers for all electronical devices
- mini pharmacy with any meds you may need on your trip (tylenol, allergy meds, blister cream, etc.)
- advanced blister relief band aids (I cannot rave about these enough)
- chewing gum (if you like to chew gum, better bring your own)

A few things for the parks...
-a pen light for dark places (rides and ques) if your DD is afraid in the dark
-an extra pair of whatever; sunglasses, flip-flops, hat, shoe laces. I always seem to lose something and you don't want to buy some things in Disney ($$$).
-A carry all bag for your "stuff", we always bring a bag easy to carry and big enough to hold what we bring AND what we bring back!

In your carry on, pack a change of clothes for everyone. This way if something gets spilled on you, you dont have to be wet for 4 hours! And if you have your luggage misplaced you will have something in the mean time.

Also, we always pack our bags and get our stuff ready, we never really bring our purse. Last June my sister inlaw forgot her picture ID and it was a huge hassle at the airport. So just double check that you have that with you.

Dont forget to bring some $1 or $5 to tip the people that handle your bags, or if you take some sort of shuttle or cab. Last thing you want is to be stuck with large bills in that case.

I also say scotchguard everyones shoes before you go, keeps them just a tad bit more dry while you are out.

Bring a sponge and small thing of dish soap, especially if you are having sippy cups and/or refillable mugs (which you can buy when you get there) you can wash them in your room.

I also say you could bring microwave popcorn....for sitting in your room at night and/or feeding the birds. You can microwave it right at the food court.

HMMMM........I am sure there are so many more.
Oh yes, Dont forget your undies!!

We do the same thing with shampoos too. The cheap kind...leave the rest.

I also wanted to remind you to take some kind of room deodorizing spray. I found sample sizes of OUST last year for our trip. Some of the rooms may smell a little musty no how great mousekeeping is. (ps...I also sprayed our shoes each night to minimize odor.)

Before you leave

After you are all packed and ready to go, it is time to take care of your home. This is the time to throw out any food that may spoil while you are gone. This is also the time to ensure the care of all pets (fish, cats, dogs, etc.). You can take your cat or dog to a kennel while you are away if necessary or you can ask a family member, friend, or neighbor to come over, feed, and interact with your pets while you are gone.

Another thing you should do is call the post office and the newspaper, ask them to hold your mail or paper until you have returned. This will help you in a number of ways. First you will not have to worry about coming home to a large pile of mail flowing out of your mail box or newspaper littering your lawn or porch. Furthermore, it will not alert possible intruders to the vacancy of your home while you are gone.

Lastly, ask neighbors to keep an eye on your home while you are on vacation. Ask them if they see any suspicious activity to notify the authorities. However, you should also let them know if you have anyone coming over to take care of your pets, water your plants, or get your newspaper and mail. Explain to them who will be in your home while you are gone, give them a general description of the person and the automobiles they drive. This will help ensure the safety of your possessions while you are on vacation.
