List All the Restaurants w/ NEW Kids Menu

I was just going over the boards and found all these threads with info. about the new kids menus showing up at restaurants. Can we start a list somewhere to confirm all of those places that now have converted to the menus? I am going in Jan. and carefully planned my meals to include:
Mama Melrose
Ohana's
Le Cellier
Chef Mickey's
Coral Reef
Grand Floridian Cafe
I picked these places in part by looking at the kids menus too. My DS is likes the standard "kid fare". There is no way that he would ever order anything off the new menu besides the burger. I can't imagine you could eat a burger for 8 days in a row.
Can anyone tell me if the new menu is taking over CS menus as well?
Maybe someone can get a list started to make it easier for all of us?
Bad choice for Disney, this just may sway me form going with the DDP.

This all started the day that we left on Sept 27th so we did not have to deal with it while we where there.....thank goodness....my daughter would have been mighty upset. I have stay that while my daughter is not a picky eater, I don't want to have to push her to eat food that would maybe normally be something that I would have convince her to eat at home while we are on vacation. I eat more of things that I would consider "treats" than I do at home and so I allow her to do the same.....it is vacation after all. I agree with the person that said only eating hamburgers after 8 days is alittle boring.
