Hi Lisa, that is great news you lost 1.5 pounds, that is a serious loss!
Your hard work is paying off.
That is also great both kids liked school, high school is a big step for kids and parents! I am excited but also a bit uneasy about the work load for my son. Its nice when they send a syllabus home. I hope they get the bus thing worked out, two hours is way too long for a six year old or any other age to be on a school bus! I hope yours are airconditioned, ours aren't.
You probably got a lot more activity yesterday than you think, some days just don't lend themselves to working out and a break can be a good thing!
Happy Weekend.

E made it 4 and 1/4 miles. We are doing good.

DH was trying to fix it.....again. It is only six years old, but they are rather rough with it. So........after a bit of discussion off to the store he went (after checking consumer reports) and a few hours later he came home with.....a push mower. Ours had died at the beginning of the summer and he hadn't replaced it, just been using the week eater. But it was on sale he tells me. For $300
Oh, and the riding mower will be in on Tuesday.
I hope everything is fixed now.
