Linking ut ticket problem

So we got our tickets from undercover tourist today and when I try to link them up, MDE keeps saying that it's having trouble "getting ticket information right now".

Does anyone have a guess as to whether this is related to the problems MDE has been having all week or if I should panic about the tickets? Should I contact Disney tech support or ut about the problem?

I tried both entering the number and scanning the code. By the way, the tickets have a QR code instead of an old school bar code. Of course the MDE examples all show bar codes. Are QR codes the norm now?

We've ordered from UT several times and never had trouble but for some reason it always makes me nervous until I can see that they're working. Ugh.
 
I had the same issue trying to enter our tickets into MDE -- some of them apparently got added but they weren't showing up from what I could see. I had to contact Disney to fix a couple of them. So, I would try again later, but if it's still not working, I would contact Disney.
 
I had something similar happen a few weeks ago. I couldn’t get them to work on the app but the website worked just fine.
