Link to help clean computer off

A while ago, quite a while ago as a matter of fact there was a thread from someone with a link to a page that helped clean bad(? not the correct term but I am drawng a blank here) fles off your computer. Basically it went through your computer and took off any questionable files. If anyone has the link to this I would really appreciate it. Thanks!
