I had a pretty good day. I am still figuring things out.
fasting BS-150
B- 1 scrambled egg and lowfat blueberry muffin
BS after 183
L- tomato soup and whole wheat toast
S- salad
pre-dinner BS- 151
D- chicken and spinach pasta and a V8
post dinner BS-177
S- grapes and cheddar cheese
So I didnt have any of those really high ones like yesterday, so I think it was just because it was at the wrong time. So it looks like I am about 50 points up. Should be around 100 fasting and 140 or so 2 hours after a meal.

You are watching what you are eating and you are getting some exersize in...good for you! I also like how you are doing extra test to get more info...I think that's pretty smart linda. But of course, you're a smart person so why should we be surprised by you going the extra mile to get more info!!
