I am officially on my new schedule now, so I was off work today. I am now off thursday and friday. thats great except for the working saturday part. That sux!. I got a little bit done today, not a whole lot, but at least I didnt sleep the day away.
I forgot to register my cars in december. Since I have UofL tags they come due every dec. So thats a great merry christmas bill to pay and I always forget about it! But I did mange to get into town to do that, and to get to the grocery and bank.
Then Kev called from school because his stomache pain started again. He said it was the worse it has been. He fixed himself a bowl of tomato soup at around 11pm last night and I think that is what did it. Tomatoes are really acidic, tomato soup will bother me sometimes too, and I dont have an ulcer! Anyway, he took some prilosec and he seems ok now. I told him he needs to avoid tomatoes (and sauce), and I think that will help.
It has been rainy and cold, and my dog Arwen ran around outside a couple of days ago and got her legs all muddy. Its too cold to give her a bath (dont anyone say do it inside or in the tub....been there done that...what a nightmare) anyway, I decided with kevs help we would just take a bucket and wash her legs only. Better than nothing. Of course its gonna rain for the next few days so she will get muddy again, but that mud makes dust in the house and it makes me crazy!
I am now doing laundry and starting my house cleaning. I will finish up tomorrow, I'm gonna relax a bit tonight...Ugly Betty and Greys Anatomy are on!
Heres my food today. One explanation. I didnt have time for breakfast and just grabbed a handful of chips when I went out the door, and another handful when I got home. Well when I looked at the bag....the new sunflower oil lays chips...it says 11 chips is a serving. So I figure those 2 handfuls are 2 servings so I have to count a lot of garbage cals today. I am sticking to baked, I like those better anyway.

Ok while I was at the grocery I bought some lean cuisine and wt watchers breakfast stuff, as well as wheat chex, so i dont think I will be grabbing chips again!
Exercise....fabulous....I did 68 mins on the stairmachine, burned 598 cals. And I wouldnt be surprised if I get some more in since those good tv shows are on tonite!
