I did well today. Well first of all, I slept til 10:30. And I mean really slept. Kev woke me up at around 7, but I fell right back asleep. So that helps. Of course, not that I did anything spectacular with my well-rested self or anything. I took a lazy day off day. Tomorrow I will clean.

exercise - 3 miles....I did 18.5 min miles today which is slightly better.

An ok day today. I am so far behind on everything else tho! I HAVE to get my taxes stuff together so I can get my refund in time for vacation. Otherwise it could be embarrassing! I got part of it done , but not all, I will have to do it in the morning. Right now I have a house full of teenage boys, so I'm a little busy. I have to say, I am soooo looking forward to this vacation. No stress about it, except maybe the drive down. I made a big "vacation" manila envelope to put all my stuff in, confirmations, tickets, maps, etc. I usually put separate envelopes in each for each day too, but I really dont need that this time, since its all at PBH. sigh

Anyway...back to earth food today

cals -1126...oops where did I go wrong? (its the freaking juice)

exercise....I only did 2.5 miles today..I'm a little sore. Dont worry marie, you can catch up because my work week starts tomorrow and I wont be doing that much. I am optimistically hoping for 1.5 sat and sun , maybe 1 on mon and tues (those 2 were 0 last week....I'm usually wiped out on those days), and then back to 2 or 3 on tues- fri .

The bad news is, I dont think I've lost an ounce. :confused3 I know I'm not really supposed to be worrying about that now, but I thought I would lose a little anyway. I'm not going to dwell on it tho, just keep going. I may just end up the strongest chubby woman alive.

Well, today started out off, but it ended up better than I thought.

First of all...cramps....bad! So in order to deal with this I ate baked doritos. No big deal. Then I had to add some baked lays. Oops!

Then I get up to do my treadmill before I go to work, but I have a basement full of teenage boys. Asleep. They didnt get up until noon, and by then it was too late, I had to get ready for work. So no exercise today! :confused3 Bummer!

Work wasnt too bad tho, even tho it was evil supervisor day.

Your food still amazes me! Your awake at 4am "bad" food day was 1100 calories :eek: You make me look like a HOG! When I try really hard I can't manage to get down to 1100! :confused3 You are doing excellent! And way to go trying to work in some fruits! maybe just have the juice every few days? That way it doesn't throw off your calorie counts too often.

Oh, I thought it was just the treadmill we have, but I totally agree that it feels like WAY more work to walk on it than walking outside :confused3 maybe cause it keeps me going a constant speed? Outside I probably slow down w/out realizing it? I don't know. Do you watch tv or listen to music while you do the TM? I find music a little bit better to walk to. I would LOVE to get a TIVO and have better tv to watch, I think that would help. The shows on when I work out are Boring.

I took my salad for lunch and opened up the bowl and it didnt have any egg! So I will have it tomorrow instead. That makes me short on veggies today, but I got some in. Anyway, cals for today is 1004.

Exercise today I just got in 1 mile before work. Tomorrow is one of my tough days execise-wise, but I set my alarm and hopefully I will get up and exercise early. We'll see!

Oh, and Amber, I do tivo my shows to exercise to. It helps me if I can watch something I like.:goodvibes

Ok, its 6:45 and I'm exhausted already. I didnt sleep at all last night and work was kinda yucky today. Not horrible, but tiring, we were short handed again and it is really getting on my nerves. The reason I couldnt sleep tho is about Kev and it stressed me out (teenage stuff that I cant understand that well) but we talked and hopefully it is ok. We'll see.

I MADE myself go walk on the treadmill even tho I'm tired. I thought I would do 2 miles, then 2.5, but I did the whole 3! So that is very good.

On a positive note, I am getting enough back on my tax refund to pay for my extravagant vacation at the Portofino Bay Hotel! And I should have around $1000 left for my little christmas stash to get me started. I am determined to NOT CHARGE ANYTHING ELSE. In 4 measly years I take a 50% paycut so I need to get my act in gear!

Thanks Marie! I am trying! Yea its friday! (for me). I finished the taxes and should get them back in time (e-file), I paid my bills, so I'm caught up. So for tomorrow that means clean! Thats the plan (after I sleep in that is). It was a long week, considering the TOM and all. Kev is off school on friday so hopefully we can do something. We dont get to do much together since I work saturday and sunday now.:sad1:

I actually cooked dinner tonite! Real food ! It was parmesan chicken and green beans and linguini (I just had one bite of the linguini). It was yummy and not unhealthy.

what a horrible day. I woke up feeling strange and awful. A seriously deep dark depression feeling and all-over pain and weak feeling. Crying for no reason. I cant seem to pull out of it. It is hard to explain, there is absolutely no reason for it, which frustrates me. You know how I am, see a problem, fix the problem. I cant figure it out, it cant be TOM, thats over. I am not sick, I am actually finally getting over the cold I've had for 6 months. There is no emotional reason for me to be depressed. Nutritional? I thought it might just be that my blood sugar got low, but eating didnt seem to help. A positive thing is I didnt try to eat my way out of it, so that good. I was mean to Kevin tho, which I am ashamed of. there isnt a full moon tonight, I dont think so anyway.

I accomplished nothing and dont feel capable of doing anything tonight either. I think I will just veg and watch tv. I think I will skip the treadmill tonight, I cant bear the thought of it. At least there are good tv shows on tonight!

Thanks so much deelam. (those kids are really cute ) I think it was just a fluke, but it was freaking me out! I am much better today. I didnt get to exercise tho. Teenagers in the basement again and I cant get to the treadmill.

No exercise again, but tomorrow I wont have any teenagers here, so I will for sure get some in. I am feeling better so I guess I just have to chalk that episode up to bizarro-world. I am doing fine on mileage, but it isnt looking to great on the minutes. I will keep trying.

Back to work to day, and it was evil supervisor night, but it went well considering. It was snowing tho and thats always a pain at the airport, let me tell you. Those guys that drive the snow removal eqiuipment on the airport did NOT graduate at the top of their class. I'm just sayin.

Hope your having a good day today! Glad to see that you are over your depressing slump earlier in the week. I guess maybe your body just wanted a rest day? :confused3

Just got home and am gonna get my food logged before I crash. It was a good day today, no problems.

Thanks for your support Amber, I am fine , it must have been some weird freaky blip in my psyche I guess. I did get some exercise today before work, and hopefully I will the next 2 days also.

I keep plugging away, even tho I dont seem to be getting smaller, I think I feel better. My physical is in 2 weeks, so I am going to try and cut back on sodium a little until then to try to keep my blood pressure down. I did get my exercise today, 2 miles on the treadmill plus I played basketball with kev for about 15 mins.
