Nice pace today Linda!! It was a gorgeous morning to run (I did 3 miles) better than last nights monsoon!!

Not fair - sounds like you are getting some Indian Summer! (While the November Pacific cold fronts--complete with all manner of nastiness, blow into the Northwest!)

You're doing great with your runs! I sure wish you could bottle that energy and send it west.

4 miles in 39:22, a 9:50 pace.I have to run almost everyday off this coming week.

We are off to WDW for Thanksgivinig for 3 days followed by the Magic on Saturday.I am bringing my running gear but need to stay on top of the weight so hopefully getting a head start.Oh the food! Thank goodness I run!

Down day yesterday- kind of sick but thanks to Zicam back today.

Did 4 miles in 39:45,a 9:56 pace then did a 3.25 mile walk with a friend- it is 61 here today!

We did 9 today, weather was overcast, around 40 degrees. Nice for running.

Only 6+ weeks until Disney!!

Well I am back! What a trip.Time to get back in the groove- not too much time to go here.Ran once while on vacation- meant to do more but it did not happen. Gained 5 lbs on the cruise.

It is hard to come back to these temps after being in the mid 80s all week.

Attempting a 3 mile run this am- slow and steady, ugh the agony of starting again.

3.5 miles today in 35:17 a 10:04 pace.I will take it since all I did was run to the buffet for a week!

22 balmy degrees! Yay!

6 miles today in 1:02:56- not great but glad to have that distance under my belt.Getting nervous since vacation was VERY lazy!

Hope to be back on track for the 1/2 by Sunday.
