Lime Green Mickey Heads

OK, i gotta ask what are the lime green Mickey heads that you get at Home DePot and what are they used for?

i am not sure exactly but i do know that fellow Dis members clip those to luggage or backpacks they take into the parks so that if u see a family with the Lime green mickey you know they are members of this site. you know, part of the family.

It's exactly that. A means of identifying a fellow "Dis-er". You can add your "Dis name" then laminate for further recognition. Making Luggage tags is another use.. Many use them for decorating their "Room Window" .
Attach them to your Lanyard, fannypack, etc
You want the "alien green" as far as the official color.. but the next color up is fine as well. Sometimes the LGMH are hard to find.. and I heard somewhere that Home Depot was phasing out the LGMH. or maybe it is the whole MH color system... probably because too many of us have been taking them for something OTHER than a "paint chip"

I had that problem so I went and got green poster board. I picked it up at my local office supply store and the color match is close. I cut out big Mickey heads to put in the hotel window and in the car on the way down and cut the little ones to put on my bag I carried around the parks, I did laminate so they would hold up...

I was actually in home depot last weekend and of course grabbed a few for our upcoming trip and I overheard a lady say-she's is DISney fan club member-so as i I walked passed I said, I am a DISer and you?-she wasnt-but knew what it meant from going up to disney-it was kind of funny.

Got my alien green mickey heads for our trip!!!I attach them to zipper with zip ties!! Use hole puncher to make hole for zip tie.

Ahh good to know, I will have to head over to Home Depot this week and get one, and next time I am in the parks (which is at least 4 times a week ) I will be on the look out for fellow Dis-ers.
