Lime Green Mickey Head...

Went to HD and got my LGMHs...they had a bunch so i grabbed about 30 of them lolol. i am gonna do the back to back trick also, but i will be using clear packing tape to "laminate" them. works just as well and i won't have to make another trip to the store lololol.

to hold them together, punch a hole between the ears and attach them to my bags with the plastic things stores use to attach tags to handbags. They're about 3 inches long and snap together on the ends, very strong, never had one come off. I write "THE" on 1 ear, "DIS" on the other and my screen name in the middle. I haven't bothered to laminate them. When they get sad looking, I just attach new ones.

I've been approached by DISers almost every trip. DD just rolls her eyes!!!

I'm also tempted to get a t-shirt made with a giant LGMH on the back, LOL.

I am in the process of making matching shirts for our family. 9 days worth(only 12 shirts more to go). One day is our DISboards day! The lime shirts are in transit from jiffyshirts.com. Transfers on the way from Amymickey.com The mickey head with tinker bell came from Milliepie (one of the awesome DISigners from the creative design board). I modified the design by adding a dark green background and added the wording. (waiting to see how the sample print out works with the shirt, may have to change it)

I am going to stop by a local HD tomorrow to get some LGMHs for our upcoming trip. What a great idea!

We will be at Pop from June 3 - 13 and will sport LGMHs on the stroller, backpack, and window of our room. Feel free to chat me up if you see me.

My dbf and I will be in the World May 2-6 (seems lots of us DISer's will be there this week!) and I will def have my Lime Green Mickey hanging from my bag! Okay now I have to say I am super curious about the pronunciation of the board. I always say D-I-S but have never encountered a fellow DISer and am taking LGMH for the first time on my upcoming April trip and definitely don't want to mess it up. Does anyone else have input on this?

I loved it when I saw it!! I wish I could do shirts, but the family is NOT going for it!

PLUS - My teens say that to "DIS" (<- with "S" Sound) means to "Disrespect" something...and I would NEVER Disrespect WDW !

I started a new thread and poll as to which is the correct way to say DISboards.

Currently it is like 2/3 as is sounds in Disney 1/3 as sounds in Disappear

I guess I was the only one that called it D-I-S oh well I guess I'll still use that at home since my family is used to hearing that but make sure I say Dizzz when I meet a fellow member. So if I see you in April I'll be sure to approach and say hey are you a Dizzz member lol and hope I don't sound like a dork

It started because an Original Lime Green Mickey is an Alien Green paint sample from Home Depot's line of Disney paint colors.
