Lilo and Stitch 2

Anyone here anything about a Lilo and Stitch 2 movie. The reason I ask is because in the last issue of the Disney Magazine in the upcoming date calendar it says that Lilo and Stitch 2 is scheduled to come on DVD on August 30 of this year. I have heard nothing about this movie. It didn't mention anything else in the magazine at all about the movie, which had a section that listed some movies that are coming out in theatre and DVD after this is scheduled to come out.

I also checked Disney's site of upcoming DVD releases and there is no mention of this movie either. So I was wondering if anyone has heard anything about this. Thanks in advance.

Yes. The new Stitch movie is a 'direct to DVD' release (will not be shown in theaters).

I believe the full title is something along the lines of... "Lilo & Stitch II; Stitch Has a Glitch". It is basically about how well Stitch has been progressing towards becoming a model citizen, until something strange begins to go wrong (Stitch develops a 'glitch' that changes his behavior). The teasers for this new movie have been included on some of Disney's more recent DVD releases.

My son is a HUGE Stitch fan (and, well, so are My husband and myself)... so we are definitely looking forward to the release date.

there's a preview for Stitch 2 on the Incredibles DVD.
any word on if/when the original will FINALLY be coming out in collector's form? After ME killed it last year.

Sure enough it was on the Incredibles DVD which I have watched quite a few times. I just never watched all of the previews of upcoming releases. According to the last issue of the Disney Magazine it said August 30, 2005.

So right around the time kids go back to school. I guess it is the perfect way to remind them what they were doing about a month before or the nice tropical places they might have visited but now must only see thru pictures in books. Yeah well, a little while after that I will be going on a DCL cruise so I will get to experience the troppical locations.

I think Lilo and Stich are cool and all, but it is kind of offending to some Hawaiians (as Ive heard) and the ride was really disappionting But why not try and see it

i heard the ride was the same as buzzzlightyear but with stich charcters.
and that it isnt very good is all of that true
