B: one slice of toast w/ slice of cheddar cheese and half banana

Worked out for an hour w/ trainer doing cardio and some weights= lots of water!

L: tuna sandwich w/ water

More water

D: taco salad and piece of chocolate cake w/ a cup of milk

This is my off diet day. I'm supposed to have two days off but my trainer said to only have one day to eat whatever and the rest of the week be more serious about food.
My gym membership ends in October and I'm not sure if I want to go with a closer gym or not.
The gym I go to is very nice. They have tennis courts, racquet ball, indoor swimming pool,saunas, and jacuzzi. Nice nursery. 3 rooms just for classes, etc etc.
I visited a gym 10 mins away from my house today. They only had one room for classes, no swimming pool, tennis courts, or racquet ball. They were about the same in price. The training sessions are cheaper though. They have 12 sessions for $360 and my gym charges $552. :rolleyes:
So, I'll check out the ymca- but I'm pretty sure the exercise area is pretty small.
There is 2 other gyms closer by that I'll try and check out too.
But, I'll probably end up staying at my own gym even though its about 40 mins away.
 
Friday-

Was supposed to exercise but didn't. I guess I'll do it tomorrow. I'll do one hour of cardio.
Was busy driving around w/ the kids.

Today-
Had a kid size bowl of Honeycomb cereal for breakfast.

Lunch was a 6 inch turkey sandwich from Subway with a little bit of the fruit and walnut salad from McD's.

Dinner will be salmon w/ mixed veggies. I plan to go out with Dh to see Mr. and Mrs. Smith! :flower:

Eta: I ended up eating popcorn and peanut m &m's.
Then we went to a bar and played pool. I had a little bit of a margarita ( it wasn't very good). Then I had a bottle of smirnoff watermelon.

So I guess the day is ruined since I went overboard with eating. I probably won't lose any weight this week.
 
Saturday-

Back on the diet today.

Had a piece of toast w/ tsp of peanut butter with a c. grapefruit juice and c. green tea

Lunch was 1/2 c. tuna w/ a piece of cheddar cheese and a c. green tea

Dinner was c. green beans, c. carrots, 2 pieces of ham, and a c. oreo ice cream.

No workout today.
 
Yesterday-

Had half banana, c. green tea, hard boiled egg, and a piece of toast

Lunch was 1/2 c. tuna w/ 4 wheat thins.


Dinner: c. oreo cookie ice cream
chicken portabello mushroom w/ green beans, and rice from Texas Roadhouse.
I finished the chicken, had some of the green beans, and a couple bites of rice. Ate one roll w/ butter.

Today was supposed to be a diet day but I just went ahead and ate with Dh. Bad Stephanie! :sad2:

I weighed myself today and I weigh 164! So I did lose some weight after all. Yay! :goodvibes I hope this week I'll do better and not go as crazy as I did.
 

Yesterday/Monday:

Worked out for an hour w/ cardio and strength training

Had a 1/2 c. grapefruit juice, c. green tea, and toast w/ tsp peanut butter

Lunch was 1/2 c. tuna w/ piece of cheddar cheese

Dinner: c. carrots, c. green beans, 2 pieces of bologna, apple, and cup of vanilla ice cream


Tuesday:
c. green tea
toast
1/2 banana
1 hard boiled egg

lunch will be 1/2 c. tuna w/ 5 saltines

Dinner: Will be 2 hot dogs
1/2 c. vanilla ice cream
1/2 c. carrots
c. broccoli

Will only do one hour of just cardio- maybe cycling today.
 
Went to the gym and saw the trainer today. Worked out for an hour w/ cardio and strength training. She was pretty happy to learn that I lost 20 pounds! :goodvibes
She showed me two basketball sized balls that represented 20 pounds- they were pretty big! And that is what I've lost from my body! I was a 15 and can now wear some mediums and size 13's are pretty loose on me. Oh yeah, I also went and had my first mystic tanning session today. Went pretty well. I plan to go again before Dh and I go to Daytona in July.

Today I had:

b: c. green tea
5 saltines
1 apple
1 slice cheddar cheese

L: hard boiled egg
c. green tea
1 piece of toast

D: 1 c. canteloupe
1 c. carrots
1 c. broccoli
1 c. tuna
1/2 c. ice cream-vanilla
 
You're doing really good! Your exercise is just incredible.

Thanks goldcupmom! It is really hard tryin to stay on this diet. Dh keeps wanting me to go places with him and I just can't. If I do go, then I'll end up cheating on my diet and I don't want to be tempted.

Mystic tanning is an airbrush tan. It lasts for about a week. You just stand there and the machine sprays you all over. I was finished in about 5 minutes!
 
Did 45 mins of cycling and 15 mins of "awesome abs".

Breakfast:
1/2 c. grapefruit juice
c. green tea
1 slice of toast w/ tsp peanut butter

Lunch: 1 string cheese
1 popsicle

Dinner: 1 c. green beans
1 c. carrots
1 popsicle
1 apple

with lots of water!
 
Friday

B: 1/2 banana
toast
c. green tea
hard boiled egg

L: 1/2 c. tuna w/ 5 saltines


D: 2 hot dogs
1/2 c. carrots
1 c. broccoli
1/2 banana
1/2 c. vanille ice cream

One hour of cardio w/ weight training

I was off the diet for that day, which was okay.

B: hard boiled egg and a piece of cheese

L: smokey turkey and cheese sandwich

D: cheeseburger
hotdog
small piece of oreo cake and a piec of watermelon w/ sweet tea!


Was supposed to be on my diet on Sunday but we went out of town and couldn't stick to it. So I tried to do well.

Sunday- apple
piece of cheese
c. green tea
5 saltines

L: marinated chicken w/ cheese and a little bit of rice w/ sweet tea

D: turkey and ham sandwich w/ sweet tea
 
Monday-

B: 1/2 c. grapefruit juice
1 c. green tea
1 piece of toast w/ tsp peanut butter

L: 1/2 c. tuna w/ piece of mozzarella cheese and green tea

D: Will be two pieces of turkey with a c. carrots, c. green beans, 1small apple, and a cup of vanilla ice cream.

Worked out one hour w/ cardio and strength training. I also signed up for this summer sizzlin program. We get points for doing a class or just working out. Its for 8 weeks. If you get 200 points you get a free shirt. But, if you're one of the people with the highest points then you could get other prizes like free massage, free gift certificate,etc.
 
Tuesday-

l-
1/2 c. tuna w/ 5 saltines

d- c. broccoli, 1/2 c. carrots, 2 hot dogs, half an apple and 1/2 c. vanilla ice cream

Did cardio for 30 mins, maybe I'll try and do another 30 mins
 
Wednesday-

b: 5 saltines, piece of cheese and a c. green tea


l: hard boiled egg and toast w/green tea

d: will be c.tuna, c. carrots, c. broccoli, c. apple slices, 1/2c. vanilla ice cream

Worked out for an hr w/ cardio and weights

Tomorrow I'm supposed to try out the gym close by. I get a 3 day free trial.

But, it seems like its taking forever to lose the pounds!
 
You're doing AWESOME!! 20 pounds gone! They didn't accumulate in a day, and they don't come off very fast, but they are GONE, GONE, GONE!!!

Have a great 2 weeks while I'm gone. You are doing this! almost 1/2 way there!
 
Thursday and Friday- took days off on the diet. I ate whatever I wanted and didn't exercise. Tom is here and I can't wait for him to leave!

So, I'm trying to go back on my diet today and do some exercise. I'm feeling very blah today. I'm going to go to the mall and check out some shirts. Dh got his a new hood for his car and had it painted. I suspect he'll want to drive around today. Its a 95 Ford Mustang gt and he put a new body kit and rims on it. It looks pretty cool! I hope to be able to stay on the diet till at least Wednesday. We're leaving Wednesday and going to Daytona for the Pepsi 400 nascar race. I know I won't be able to follow the diet there so I'm going to try my best ,and not go overboard with food.
 
Saturday and Sunday- Saturday I worked out for an hour with cardio and weights. Sunday didn't work out. I ate whatever I wanted.

Worked out a gym close by. I have a 3 day trial with them. Did one hour of cardio and strength training.
