B: 1 hard boiled egg, 1 piece of toast w/ a cup of grapefruit juice
Went to the gym and saw my trainer today. I weighed myself and found out that I lost 6 pounds in just 4 days! The last time I weighed was Friday! So that means I've lost 14 pounds in one month! Wooooohooooo!


Worked out for an hour w/ cardio and strength training w/ 2 bottles of water.
L: bottle of water w/ small wheat /turkey sandwich
S: 1 string cheese and 2 fig newtons- more water!
D: Will be baked salmon w/ broccoli and cheese w/ more water!
