:goodvibes Tuesday-

B: 1 hard boiled egg, 1 piece of toast w/ a cup of grapefruit juice

Went to the gym and saw my trainer today. I weighed myself and found out that I lost 6 pounds in just 4 days! The last time I weighed was Friday! So that means I've lost 14 pounds in one month! Wooooohooooo! :bounce: So happy. I really think this new trainer had alot to do with my success. :goodvibes

Worked out for an hour w/ cardio and strength training w/ 2 bottles of water.

L: bottle of water w/ small wheat /turkey sandwich


S: 1 string cheese and 2 fig newtons- more water!


D: Will be baked salmon w/ broccoli and cheese w/ more water!
 
Tuesday-

B: hard boiled egg and piece of toast w/ grapefruit juice

Worked out for an hour w/ cardio and strength training. I weighed myself and found out I lost 6 pounds from Fri-Tues! Overall, I've lost 14 pounds! Woooohoooo! :banana: :banana:
2 bottles of water

L: 6 inch turkey on wheat w/ water

S: 4 fig newtons and 1 string cheese

D: salmon with broccoli and cheese and water
 
You are doing AWESOME!!!! Congrats on all that weight GONE!!

Wednesday-

B: 1/2 c. grapefruit juice, piece of toast w/ tsp of peanut butter, and 1 cup of green tea

L: 1/2 c. tuna
1 slice of toast
1 cup of green tea

D: 2 slices of turkey
1 c. green beans
1 c. carrots
1 apple
1 c. vanilla ice cream

Did 1 hour of cycling!
My birthday is this Sunday and I'm seriously considering going skydiving. I'm a little scared/nervous though.
 
Thursday-

B: Was 1 hard boiled egg
1 slice of toast
1/2 banana
cup of green tea

L: Will be 1/2 c tuna w/ 5 saltines and water


D: 2 hot dogs
1 c. broccoli
1/2 c. carrots
1/2 banana
1/2 c. vanilla ice cream

Going to do one hour of cardio/strength training
This is what my trainer has recommended I do.

You are doing great with your weight loss. Your trainer is worth every penny it looks like. ;)
 
Calena- I agree. It was pretty expensive but so far she has done a very good job! lol :cheer2:
My only complaint is the food is bland! :rolleyes:

Friday-

Today is the last day of my diet. I'll get two days off and then start back on it on Monday.

B:
1 slice cheddar cheese
1 small apple
5 saltines
1 cup of green tea

L: will be 1 hard boiled egg, 1 slice of toast and 1 cup of green tea


D: Will be 1 c. tuna, 1 c. broccoli, 1 c. mango or apple, 1 c. carrots, 1/2 c. vanilla ice cream

Need to do one hour of cardio.

I called the skydiving place three different times, hoping I could go skydiving on my birthday. Each time I called no one answered. I left messages too. Oh well.

Saturday we went to Georgia. Six flags was supposed to be opening their new park Skull Island on Memorial weekend. ( It said that on their website!) Well, we get down there and found out that the Six Flags employees don't know when it will be opening. :rolleyes:
So we went back to the hotel and got our things and came back home.

Sunday, Dh took me to a movie and Olive Garden. I really pigged put there.

Monday, weighed myself. I'm still at 170 pounds. Dh had the day off. I didn't go exercising. He's rarely at home so I wanted to be with him.
 
Good job at maintaining! Sometimes that can be the hardest part.

Sorry to hear that the skydiving didn't work out and Six Flags, but it sounds like you had a nice dinner.

Monday- no exercise

Had a piece of toast and pollo fundido ..nothing else.

Tuesday- no exercise. Feeling depressed because dh had to go back to work. It gets so boring at home.

Had a piece of toast with a hard boiled egg.
Had 10 fig newtons :rolleyes:
lean cuisine for lunch
pork casserole for dinner w/ an oreo cookie ice cream cone

Wednesday-Going to do an hour of cardio. Starting my diet again. I meet with my trainer tomorrow.
 
Mmm...pollo fundido sounds so yummy!

B: 1 hard boiled egg, slice of toast, 1/2 banana, and a cup of green tea

Did 1 hour of cardio and strength training

L: 1/2 c. tuna w/ 5 saltines

D: Will be 2 hotdogs w/ c. broccoli, 1/2 c. carrots, 1/2 banana, and 1/2 c. vanilla ice cream

With lots of water!!
 
Well, I only lost one pound for last week. I think it was because I didn't wprk out as much and then had two days of "regular food".

B: 1 slice of toast w/ tsp peanut butter

D: Will be 2 slices of bologna
