Today:
Breakfast: 2 hard boiled eggs and a bottle of water
50 mins of cardio with some squats, lunges, and crunches thrown in.
3 bottles of water
Lunch: small Smoked turkey sandwich w/ water
Dinner: We went to a mexican restaurant. I wasn't sure what to pick
So I picked a beef quesadilla with beans and "salad" ( lettuce, tomato, guacamole, and sour cream) had a tea -oops!
I'll be drinking more water..
