Did one hour of cardio/strength training

b: half grapefruit
c.green tea
toast w/ tsp peanut butter

l: 1/2 c. tuna
c. green tea
slice of mozzarella cheese

d: 2 pieces of meat
c. carrots
c. green beans
small apple
c. vanilla ice cream

l: chicken with rice/veggies and fruit salad. sweet tea

snack: half a twix pack

d: we're going to Carrabas and I'll probably just get the chicken bryan with steamed broccoli, water, an dessert!

Did one hour of pilates and one hour of tae bo today.

Well, haven't been around in a while! It was that tom. I went furniture shopping for two days and then I had to help my mom move into a new place. But, I'm starting over tomorrow! :flower:

Yes, I got a new sofa and loveseat. Finally happy to have ones of our own!

Oh and I weighed myself today and I weigh 154! Woohooo! :banana:
 
Went to the gym and did 45 mins of spinning/abs.

b: toast w/ hard boiled egg and c. green tea

l: 1/2c. tuna 5 saltines

d: 2 hot dogs
c. carrots
1/2 c. broccoli
1/2 c. vanilla ice cream

Checked out cosmetology school today. It looked like it would be fine. But, it is 4 days = 32 hours a week. And it was expensive. So I really need to think about it and see if I want to sign up.
 
Still thinking about cosmetology school. The class starts in October but the director said that classes fill up fast and that if I'm interested then I need to hurry. It means that I would be away from my daughter for say 10 hours a day=40 hours not 32 hours a week.. Because its about 40 mins away and I also would need to work out in the gym before going to school. I wish there was a way to try it out before making such a big commitment. I mean what if I hate it later on?

d: bite of sliced ham-tasted funny so I didn't eat the whole slice!

Yesterday:

whole grain sugar free toast

L: 1/2 c. tuna w/ toast

d: taco salad minus the taco
Went to the movies and had some popcorn and soda. Saw Wedding Crashers. It was pretty good.

Worked out for an hour with strength training/cardio.

I'm new here, (well, was here a long time ago and back now) but you can do it!

I waited until I got older to try to get in shape. Started WW 3 years ago when I weighed 175 (after 4 kids and I was 45 yrs old) and it took me until last October, but I finally made goal of 125 and I've been working on maintenance now.

Keep up the good work! Did you ever decide about school? Sounds like it would be something fun to do and moneymaking in the long run. :sunny:

snack: 98% fat free fudge pop, 3 snack size cookies

d: tilapia w/ mango salsa and steamed broccoli and water

No exercise

Sunday:

b: total cereal w/ milk

l: 6 inch wheat turkey sandwich no cheese or mayo
w/ water and one half of an oatmeal cookie

d: twix
egg sandwich- consists of fat free cheese, light mayo and piece of turkey
w/ water

Did one hour of strength training and 30 mins of cardio


Tuesday:
Started the body for life diet. I figure I'll give it a try and see how I like it.

b: cappucino nutrition shake

snack: 3 spoons of raspberries and cottage cheese. I do not like the way cottage cheese tastes!

lunch: egg salad sandwich w/ water

snack: nutrition bar w water

dinner: taco pasta

dessert: banana cream pudding

50 mins of cardio with some ab work

Wednesday
b: breakfast caserole w/ water
s: nutrition bar w/ water
l: roast beef sandwich w/ water
s: will be a cookies and cream nutrition shake
d: will be salmon w a sweet potato
dessert: will be carrot cake bought from the health food store!

Strength training= 1 hour /Cardio 25 mins

Edited to add: I'm still at 154. Hoping I'll lose some more by the time I weigh myself on Monday.
