Wednesday:

B: banana, grapefruit juice and half of a hard boiled egg

L: chicken low carb wrap w/ water

Exercised for 1 hour ( burned 700 and something calories!) and did some weights on my legs.

S: half an orange and one string cheese more water

D: Baked Salmon with small side of squash and potatoes with more water
 
Thursday:

B: banana smoothie and 1 piece of wheat toast

L: turkey on wheat wrap w/ water

S: rice cake w/ water

Did 1 hour of cardio with about 40 crunches

Dinner: nada- got furious with dh and decided to go to sleep early with no dinner.

We attended my aunt's wedding over the weekend. I pretty much pigged out! But, now I'm back and starting over again. I weighed myself and I still weigh the same.

yesterday:

b: grapefruit juice and a hard boiled egg I think

L: strawberry- banana protein shake

S: caramel corn rice cake

D: chicken bryan with small side of spaghetti

Drank nothing but water. Did aquatic aerobics with my new friend at the gym. I think that was for an hour and then I did 25 mins of cardio. Dh put up a basketball hoop and we played basketball for probably an hour- hour and a half. That was fun!
Tabitha and I are going to try a new class from Mon-Fri. Today we're going to do spinning! Wednesday I'm not sure and Thursday will be pilates.
 
That's so cool you have someone to go to the gym with! It really makes the workout a lot more fun, doesn't it?

Good job getting back in the game today after the wedding last weekend. You can do it! :cheer2:

S: a rice cake and 7-8 almonds

D: Chicken capri with corn and 2 bottles of water
 
Today:

B: 1 banana, bottle of water, and 1 packet of oatmeal

*1 hour of cardio and 15-20 mins of strength training w/ 2 bottles of water*

S: 3 cheese in wheat crackers

L: turkey low carb wrap w/ bottle of water

S: handful of almonds w/ water

*1 hour of tae kwon do*

D: Cheeseburger macaroni w/ more water
 
Yesterday:

b: banana w/ oatmeal and water

40 mins of cardio and 1 hour of pilates

w/ 2 bottles of water

L: Low carb salad w/ bottle of water

S: pineapple slices

D: salmon w/ broccoli & cheese w/ small cup of orange soda

1 bottle of water
 
Yesterday/Friday:

B: banana w/ oatmeal

L: chicken wrap w/ water

120 minutes of cardio and strength training w/ 2 bottles of water

S: string cheese and almonds

D: 12 inch low carb wrap w/ water

Went to the movies and saw Unleashed. Was good! Had a 1/2 cup of popcorn and a 1/2 cup of Coke.
 
Monday- didn't exercise

tuesday-

B: bagel w/ strawberry fat free cream cheese and grapefruit juice

1 hour of cardio w/ 20 minutes of weights

3 bottles of water

S: 3 cheese on wheat crackers

L: shrimp w/ angel hair pasta from lean cuisine

Dinner: pork casserole with water and 1 rice cake
 
Today:

B: banana and hard boiled egg

S: 3 cheese on wheat crackers

2 bottles of water with 50 minutes of cardio and an hour of pilates!

I have gotten to my goal of 850 minutes for the may challenge!! Woooohoooooo! :goodvibes Next month, I'll probably up it to 1200 minutes.

L: water w/ small turkey on wheat sandwich

S: light n fit yogurt w/ a small thing of kix

D: sausage and bean soup w/ 2 fig newtons

The ice cream truck drove by and we all got an icecream.


Tomorrow I meet with a new trainer. She said she's going to tell me about this three day diet thing. Sounds like boot camp to me! :bounce:
I think I'm doing pretty good..I just need to make better choices on the weekends. We love to eat out on the weekends- I go wild sometimes!

I hear you about weekends--the schedules goes all in the trash and we eat out more, which can be really tricky to navigate. I find if I can keep the weekdays mostly OP and not go too, too crazy on the weekends (start scoping out restaurants for your favorite healthy entrees--Chili's, Applebees, and Ruby Tuesday are all very nutrition-friendly) it usually works out OK.

I just typed a long post and then the connection timed out. I'll just say that I met with the trainer and she had some good ideas. She recommended I see Super size me so I picked it up and we'll be watching it sometime this weekend. She has me going on a diet plus I'll be seeing her again on Tuesday for more info. Everything sounds good. She got me to pay for 12 sessions :earseek: It wasn't cheap lol but I think she'll really be able to help me. She was overweight as well and she really looks great now.
 
Yesterday/Friday:

B: 2 hard boiled eggs and a cup of grapefruit juice

L: mcchicken sandwich no mayo with water

Did 1 hour combination of cardio and weights w/ trainer

D: 2 slices of thin crust pizza and a cup of cheese fries
* I hope to have pizza only once or twice a month.*

Had a half cup of cheetos and a small bite of milky way. :rolleyes:
Had only 4 bottles of water today.
 
Saturday-

So far I've had:

B: a slice of toast with a teaspoon of peanut butter w/ 1/2 cup of grapefruit juice and a cup of green tea-no sugar!

With water in between

L: Will be 1/2 cup of tuna and a slice of wheat toast w/ one cup of green tea

Water in between

D: Will be 2 slices of ham or turkey w/ cup of green beans and a cup of carrots w/ small apple and a cup of vanilla ice cream

Water again!

This is day one of the diet that my trainer recommended I do. I'm supposed to weigh myself again on Tuesday when I meet her. :goodvibes
 
Sunday--

No exercise today.

B: hard boiled egg w/ one piece of toast and a half banana and cup of green tea

L: half cup of tuna with 5 crackers


D: 2 grilled hot dogs w/ cup of broccoli and half cup carrots. Also had half banana and half cup of vanilla ice cream.

4 bottles of water
 
Monday-

B: 5 saltines w/ slice cheddar cheese, small apple and green tea

water

30 mins of cardio w/ 15mins of strength training

water

L: hard boiled egg and piece of toast w/ green tea

more water

D: 1 c. of tuna, 1 c. carrots, 1 c. broccoli, 1 c. canteloupe, 1/2 c. vanilla icecream
with more water.

Will weigh myself tomorrow!
