Okay, Ladies and Gentlemen, the time for the unveiling of primo eating establishemnt #1 is now!!! First, a few introductory remarks- I love to hear myself talk.
The clues were imbedded in the text. Future installments may likely have a picture of what we're going to possibly eat to help you guess, but this was so incredibly easy that I just couldn't go the picture route. Here are the clues that were highlighted...
The first one is super, super easy. It's meant to be a warm up. In fact, I've already outright told you that we'll be eating at this one; so if you've been paying attention you should have this one as a home run. Here's the deal. I'll give you and eensty hint, and you just post on here where you think it is. No need to be secret with PMs and such. I will keep track of points, and we'll see who the big crackerjackpot winner is at the end. There will be 9 of each (TS and CS). If you check back with every new post, you won't even have to catch up too much.
Troops, carry on! Time for your guesses- let's have 'em!
Maybe putting them in quotes might have helped? But then that would have been too easy! I know the "9" was a stretch, and the "catch up" could have been spelled with a k, but....
The biggest hint was that we've talked (a lot) about his one before! Something about balconies, and rules and such.
Oh come on you guys!! she has gone on and ON about this one! She had to point out one of the clues, but I did figure it out. . .here's one more hint- think back to the
days of "constitution" talk.
Bekka gave you a clue as well, and my response to her had on in it too. See?
Look in the text, my friend. Do you need your reading glasses?? If you can't cut the mustard, should I send another hint?? Remember, there's extra
brownie points for those who can get it!
No more hints!! You
stinker!!
I find it interesting that rations were increased to include not only rum, but vinegar.
Hmmn.
Ok, I was late to this PTR party and may well have missed much of the chatter.
Or I am incredibly dense (more likely). My guess is....
Liberty Tree Tavern?
My experience with Brits and South Africans is that they eat vinagar on EVERYTHING. I think British Americans probably used to eat a lot more, but that liking faded out??
Nope. Not the LTT. But you at least got the park right!
LOL.. Keep sending the hits... I got your back!!!! (won't do much good since I'm 3000 miles away though! LOLOL)
I'm gonna say, and I'm probably way off here, Liberty Inn in the World Showcase.
It's just a guess.

Although I feel like I
should know this!!!
Nope! Not Lib. Inn, either. After we hit this place you'll probably want to be 3,000 miles away.
And yes, you should know it! You were part of that questionably contented discussion!!
BREAKING NEWS>>>>>
A 16 year old boy was found dead at POR! Today.
OUR Resort.
They don't know how he died?
Major prayers to his family.
And the poor people in the Disney PR department. What a year they have had?
That was terrible news. I went to the link you sent, and was so sad. I think he probably died of natural causes, and there wasn't any foulplay. I really feel badly for the family!
Hmmmm.... could it be.... I don't know...... maybe......Casey's?
Ta DA!!! You get one brownie point!

How'd you get it?
my vote this round is also Caseys.... remember the talk of possible issues and needing to head to a balcony

This is the only place I can recall discussions about
Then your mind is just as depraved as ours.

We must have left quite an impression.
You too, get one brownie point.
My vote is Casey's, ,too...
Can I vote?
I have the list of where we are eating...but ...
I keep forgetting! My trips...they are crossing in my brain.
Is it ME that you are going to need the notes for?
And are you dogging my coke addiction?
Yup, it's Caseys. It IS our favorite CS place, I think!!!
Notes??
Well, it was either that or your sweet tea. But I give you permission to poke fun at any of my addictions (coffee, Dole Whip Floats etc...).
Maroo, that is horrible news. How tragic.
Truly it is. Disney has had a hard year with more than enough sad news. I was praying for this family last night and reminded again how fragile life can be.
Now!! Because we all like us some pictures, here ya go!
I found this on the restaurant review board- and credit must go to our very own punkin413 for this quite lovely shot of the grandest of meals in all of WDW. Can anyone tell me WHY a hotdog just takes better in the Magic Kingdom??!!
And as an extra, extra, really funny bonus, I'm including Mrs. The King's installment on her family's "dining" experience at Caseys. I'm sure this will one day make its way down to the annals of classic literature! Follow the link below, but please DO NOT have a sweet tea with you at your computer while reading! You've been warned!

Until Next Time, Cheers!
