After my Elvis Trip in June , I'm hoping for a BIGGIE like Disney either World or Land !! Yes Jordan they have one !!!!!

Wendy and Derek traveled to a wedding in MD when Erin was 2 months.
Dylan was 5 months when they went to WDW/DCL....

not crazy at all.

And to top that trip off, we were in Maryland during the DC sniper shootings.....I asked Wendy to pack all of Erin's diapers so I wouldn't be shot at when stopping at a 7-11 for her diapers. But alas, we had to make a stop anyway, so I was doing the "dodge and weave" action to the store and back....kind of humorous in hind sight.

Oh, and the snipers were caught in Fredricksburg, the same city where my friends' parents live and where we celebrated a gift opening party. Small world. So yes, we were crazy traveling with young kids but don't cite us as role models

I've never been to Disneyland and my husband isn't sure he wants to go. Anyone up for going with me?

Oh Jedi Master , I have a question for you....I see that your last thread was ranked #1 in terms of replies (with 3,762 replies as of now) but was ranked #7 in views (with like 80,701 views) compared to 236,522 views for mickeystoontown and she is on page 205....does that mean she has a ton more lurkers around but you get more out of the dark, so to speak? Just curious what the stats imply. Please instruct a newbie

she may multi quote more which will consolidate the number of replies. I tend to reply to every poster individually which means my reply count will go much higher much more quickly than someone who multi quotes alot. Just a matter of preference really. you also have to look at how long a TR has been around. I started roughly 2 months ago. A TR that's been around say 5-6 months will have a high view count simply because of it's time on the DIS. Like you said, people might have more lurkers as well....

Yeah, that DOES sound strange. I mean, even with posting, those are still considered views, right?

I think overall, it means she just has more lurkers.

Actually now that I think of it, I think it's more cause Jordy gets the talkative ones on his TR. And the fact that he replies to everyone, but not always in the same post

mickeystoon also has a very funny TR....I hope I can get through it all someday.

Somehow my DVR is not liking LOST. It refused to record(?) 2 episodes this season. I go to the website when that happens.
What I really miss are the enhanced versions ( POP up LOST ) I usually figure out what is going on but like to have the backup of the pop up.

Connor and I were loving the enhanced episodes! Dancing with the Stars seems to be infringing on that.

Jordan, six pages of subbing and replies since I logged on yesterday afternoon! You are the DIS King!!!

I loved your introduction. For anyone who didn't know you it was a good synopsis.

My DH was the same way... not so much the Disney fan when we first met but now I've won him over and clearly now, created a monster since he DISes more than I do now and anxiously awaits our WDW/DCL vacations. Be careful what you wish for... ha ha ha ha.

I know....before I know it he'll be planning things on his own and i'll have no say...lol. I'm really just glad that I have shown him that we can have a great time at WDW together. I think that he thought it was more for just people with little kids. I think I enjoy WDW more now as a young adult than I did as a child. I have also really enjoyed watching your kids grow through Jordan's Trip reports. They always are doing things to make me laugh and I can tell that your family has a really strong bond. You don't really see that much nowadays, but it is so refreshing to see people care about their families so much.
