Lights! Motor! Asian?--Feb 2010 Part II. 11/6-Pix, part 2. Page 199.

Hey Jordan! That BBQ joint is in Round Rock. (North Austin). We are about 45min to an hour out, depending on where in Austin you go. Hope all is going well. Looking forard to more updates. (A couple in particular.).

Take care bro.

Hey J

I'm all caught up. WHEW! (well not that caught up) just followed your links. You sure had a full day in Epcot. Hope to be here to continue following you! (no stalking!)

Thanks for helping me find my way back. I haven't been on Disboards much lately. I looked at your map and you are coming through Louisiana. If you can stop to visit me I will cook for you. I would love to visit with you and remember I live in the town that makes Tobasco sauce. I know I must have missed out on a lot going on over here but I will try to catch up. PM me or send me a message on facebook if you can stop here.

I totally forgot you had a cousin at Pixar!!! OMGosh it is just too cool that you are getting to tour there. :worship:

Ok, you need to PM me and let me know a date or a guesstimate date for when you will be around these parts! I have to start planning!!!!!

I hope to go through Austin and then over to Lake Charles..you near austin? where's the salt lick bbq...is that what it's called?

Good night brother.

We LOVE the Salt Lick!!! We want to take another trip to Austin just so we can eat there again.

That steak at Kouzzina looks yummy! :thumbsup2 The mess on your pants - not so much.

Very cool about driving out east! I so, so, so want to drive across the country.

Who else loves Mitsukoshi Department store?

Ooooo! OOOOO! Me me me! I just discovered it on our last trip, and it will be a must-stop from here on out!!

Imagine us "take the picture now. darn. they moved." "okay take it now...darn. follow them over there. okay let me do the power...darn they moved again."
I just imagined it... and it was really fun! ;)
I wonder what percentage of total store sales that the pearls account for? 10, 20, 30? It seems like once you get one person doing it, then 3-4 people who were watching decide to do it.
That's what we did! I saw another family doing it and thought it looked like so much fun. So we jumped in line and got one as well!
Did you know the lower you bow, the more respect you are showing a person?
I did not know that. Now I do. I will bow much lower the next time I'm in Japan!

If you need to know exactly where the poofing took place. It was right near the wedding gazebo/pavilion along the water near the Boardwalk.
OMG, Jordan! That is hysterical!! :lmao:

Djay...he might've been clenching and leaning...

:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

After dinner we walked out on the Boardwalk. I had to take my customary pictures of the beautiful views

I just LOVE your Boardwalk at night pictures! YAY!

It looked like TL was out for the next day...I was too tired to figure out what I was going to do.....off to sleep...
:sad2: Aw... that stinks. But I guess that's the trade off you make for low February crowds, eh?

The map won't open on my berry. Which makes me berry sad.
:lmao: :lmao: That's Great, uh, Biscuit!

But I shall endeavor to study it with rapt attention when I am on my PC. Well not literally on it. The downward pull of my Budhaesque physique would crack it like an egg for crying out loud. But you know what I mean.
:rolleyes1 Now you're treading in oh too familiar territory there bud!!!

OH, I get it, it's about road tripping. No offense, but I am SO done with those for a long while!! :lmao:
Yeah, like YOU ever go anywhere! :rotfl2:

So funny - I feel the same way - DIS sisters!!
Aww, it's getting all warm and fuzzy in here.....

After two weeks of eating cabbage every day, I'm surprised your briches haven't gone nuclear!

I love it when someone uses the word britches. :goodvibes

[BI really want to try wasabi peas it seems like I hear a lot about them on the DIS
[/B]

You can get them at Wal-mart in the asian food section. If you can't find them there let me know and I'll get them for you and send them to you. :goodvibes

It's mine too for sure. Although, for some reason, I like the stores in Norway. Don't ask me why. I never buy anything.

I'm the same way, I looove the store.....BUT I never buy anything. That may change this Christmas...my son and I both love the cologne and perfume there. I switch perfumes about every 10-15 years, so that's saying a lot for me.

I love the stalking pic. My sister and i usually take pics of people from the back. and then tell people who see them they are famous. we always seem to find a picture of George Burns, even tho he is dead. He is in WDW everytime we are there........:lmao:

:rotfl: This is a brilliant idea!! I love it!

OMG, you sat in Duck Dung!!!! Or is it Duck Done?? Ha ha ha!!! This reminds me of 16 candles and Long Duck Dong. .......AUTOMOBIIIILLLLE!!! :rotfl2:

Ooooooh sexy girwwwwwlfrieeeeend!

Could you get me one of John Wayne next trip, pretty please? :worship: :teeth: :dance3:

....on second thought...since it is from the back, I'd rather have one of Jon Bon Jovi. :thumbsup2

:rotfl: You baaaaaad girl. :goodvibes

Hi Camille, thank you so much for the hello! I will be back on now-I missed everyone and am catching up now.

Your most welcome! Glad your back. :goodvibes

I am 43 and do not drive, so I am at his mercy!

Hey if my 86 year old dad still has his license, it shouldn't be that hard for you to pick one up...;)

OK girl.....we need a road trip Dis family! It sounds like you need your DIS brothers and sisters to come and help teach you how to drive. Your not alone in this, I have a friend from church who's in the same boat, she won't learn though. I was 21, married, and had a baby when I finally got my license.

I may have a place or two to stay along the way.....:thumbsup2 So no money for hotels...or least not much.

I don't think you'll need it much with all your Dis family willing to put you up. :goodvibes BUT, better to make a plan just incase things don't work out.

I am trying to get to TX in a day or maybe a day and a half and then stop and visit people along the way.......:thumbsup2

Hoping I'll be one of those people. :goodvibes

After we took the pic in front of the chinese laundry they wanted to pose with everything! You are a real inspiration! Ha Ha!
I cannot wait for Peepfest-that will probably be our next trip to Disney because I promised Paul that the next vacation he can choose the place. He has been a good sport and gone with me 4 times already, but he is more the outdoorsy adventure type and wants to go to Colorado or Canada next year. I will have to live vicariously through the Disboards for my Disney fix for a while, I guess.

Cute pics! I really need to down load my pics from my trip, I have pics also of my son and I doing our pose in front of the laundry place.

I hope to go through Austin and then over to Lake Charles..you near austin? where's the salt lick bbq...is that what it's called?

I guess it depends on which one your wanting to go to. Thers's the original and then the new one. That's just samantics, if you get here we can always take you were ever we end up eating...probably the closest one to G.B. That's a meet that needs to happen!

So funny - I feel the same way - DIS sisters!!

Awwww. I love it when good people come together! :goodvibes

We LOVE the Salt Lick!!! We want to take another trip to Austin just so we can eat there again.

Would love it if you guys come out and then maybe we could have a mini meet! :yay:

Hi Jordan!!! :flower3: So apparently I am 3 weeks late to say "Welcome Back." It looks like you popped back in about 2 days before I left on a trip to San Diego & since then I have been working like crazy. I've been trying to get caught up on your TR the last couple of days, but I finally gave up because I didn't want to wait anymore to say hi to you. I have really missed you and it is so good to see you back on the Dis.

I wish that you could find a program in Northern California. We could visit & I could bring Dylan to entertain you. I'm so happy for you that you have found something and that you have a plan.

Ok back to reading your TR. More comments to come later...

Yea! :woohoo: Here's hoping for a Cleveland stop-over/meet. I live about half hour to the west of Cleveland.

Did I see a comment that you might be coming to NYC early 2011??!?! :yay:

I am lovin' your updates - it seems like you all were just having a blast "sit touring" around Epcot and all. Just experiencing it all together is the fun part, doesn't matter what you do, or don't do!

I cracked up at the pic of your Dad on his graduation! :thumbsup2

Oh lots and lots -- I will have to think about what the highlights should be.

There's always a stop at the Varsity -- famous for its chili cheese slaw dogs and onion rings! :lmao:

I agree w/ CP...you must stop there :thumbsup2

I have family in the Atlanta area and we always make it a point to stop there...they have these classic red paper hats too...just screaming for a Jordan posed picture :rotfl:

if you ever come to the Chicago area...I'm your gal

Well I thought I had posted but I guess not !!! I know the candy I bought for the kids on Jordan's and Winkers reccommendation was much enjoyed by them so can you please tell me what it was:rotfl2:

I am planning a PTR for my Escort trip not too much in the4 way of pix other than pix of moi and Carol and the World !! But I just hate not doing one sooo stay tuned and I will let ya know when I start!! I am looking for title suggestions !!!:worship::rotfl2:;)

Page 59: About your cruise talk....my mom and I know that next year we'll be going in the summer just the 2 of us. So we are exploring Disneyland, and Disney Cruise line options. So I'm curious to see what your researches show. It'll probably help me :)

Page 66: Tonga toast. If we keep our Kona ADR, I will finally be able to taste it. Yummy!! Well, I think it will be yummy hehe

Page 80: BLT looks great! I wish I could afford a 2 bedroom.

Page 98: How cute is Ashlyn (sorry if I mispelled it) in her giraffe outfit!!

I stumbled upon your report and took a look... then I couldn't stop reading! You are so entertaining and I love the way you describe everything in such a fun way. Great report!
