I am trying to get to TX in a day or maybe a day and a half and then stop and visit people along the way.......

Yes, Ralphs (kroger) had them on sale. California has a dense population of Asians so most big chains carry a wide variety of Asian foods.

I like sweets...many women tend to lump sweets in with chocolate. While I like chocolate, I tend to favor cherry sours, gummy bears and jelly bellys.

I FOUND HI-CHEWS!!!! I happened to be out with my DBF tonight at this Korean (at least I think it was Korean) supermarket. While we were in line waiting to purchase my newfound candy goodies - they had a picture of a cow on the bag so I had to buy them - THERE THEY WERE!!! It didn't say HI-Chew like it does on the ones they sell in Epcot but the packaging was exactly the same. I took my chances and when I looked at the receipt, they came up as HI-Chews. I was SO happy

That's awesome you like those candies. Jelly Bellys are the best, especially when you combine flavours and then there's a flavour explosion in your mouth.

That road trip looks pretty sweet. Now just arch that curve due North so you can make a stop in T.O.

Have you never been to TnT Supermarkets? They sell Hi-chews in that store. It carries a lot of different asian foods.

After we took the pic in front of the chinese laundry they wanted to pose with everything! You are a real inspiration! Ha Ha!
I cannot wait for Peepfest-that will probably be our next trip to Disney because I promised Paul that the next vacation he can choose the place. He has been a good sport and gone with me 4 times already, but he is more the outdoorsy adventure type and wants to go to Colorado or Canada next year. I will have to live vicariously through the Disboards for my Disney fix for a while, I guess.
