Lights for stroller and kids?

I've seen some suggestions to decorate your stroller to make it stand out.

I was also thinking about getting some kind of wearable safety light for my kids who are 1 & 6.

I wanted something different then the snap on glow sticks/jewelry. I know I've seen a battery operated bracelet before and also a keychain type item that could be turned off, blink or just be a solid light.

I can't seem to find any good options like this to buy.

Does anybody have a suggestion for something like this?

Look on Amazon for running lights, there are a lot of options out there now for runners that run in the dark...
