Eat slower and less and work out.

First thing I would look at is what are you drinking. Increase water and decrease everything else. You would be shocked by the amount of calories people drink without thinking about it. I love Starbucks and my drink of choice is around 300 calories, which means I have to walk 3.5 miles to burn off my sinful drink, before losing any weight.

If you are over eating or eating poorly cut it out. I love chips, crackers and cheesecake and I don't keep them in the house.

Think protein, veg, fruit, grain, dairy the less processed and closer from the source the better.

Do the change slowly, experiment, just have fun with it, good luck.:goodvibes
